Meme Video Creator

Position:
We are looking for a full time Short Form Content Meme Video Creator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Content to create viral meme-driven videos that will connect with our audience, drive engagement, and keep us on top of TikTok and Instagram trends.

Qualifications & Experience:
A deep understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and algorithms
Proven experience in creating viral, meme-centric videos
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
Strong creative instincts, comedic timing, and an eye for what’s trending
Ability to take creative direction while adding your unique touch to the content
Experience with TikTok and Instagram analytics and optimizing content for maximum engagement
Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends

Responsibilities:
Produce engaging, viral TikTok and IG videos aligned with the brand and content strategy
Stay on top of TikTok/IG trends and integrate them into the video creation process
Collaborate with the Head of Content to brainstorm and execute new content ideas
Ensure consistent posting to maximize engagement and grow our audience
Experiment with different video formats, styles, and approaches to keep content fresh and exciting
Monitor video performance and recommend strategies to enhance future content

Compensation and Paid Trial:
The compensation for this position is $350 per month, depending on experience and quality of work. To start off, we’re offering a paid trial of $50 to eligible applicants to showcase their skills. This will give you a chance to demonstrate your creativity and video editing prowess before finalizing a job offer.
