Virtual Assistant – Go High Level + Website & Snapshot Specialist (Equestrian Industry Focus)

Our customers include horse trainers, barns, boarding facilities, farriers, large animal veterinarians, groomers, therapy programs, performance facilities, ranches, and other equestrian-related businesses. We build their online presence and automate their workflows so they can spend less time on admin and more time with their horses and clients.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with deep Go High Level experience who can help us build out our agency inside GHL, create tailored snapshots for our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and then customize those snapshots for individual businesses. You will also help design and launch their websites, making sure everything looks professional, works perfectly, and aligns with their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Agency Build-Out: Set up our Go High Level agency account with all necessary workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, forms, triggers, and templates.
• Snapshot Creation: Build ICP-specific snapshots for each type of equestrian business (trainer, barn, vet, farrier, etc.), including funnels, automations, websites, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Client Customization: When a new business comes onboard, customize the snapshot for them — update branding, copy, website pages, booking calendars, and integrations.
• Website Building: Build and edit websites for clients inside GHL (or integrated builders), making sure designs are professional, mobile-friendly, and conversion-optimized.
• Testing & QA: Ensure every workflow, automation, and integration works smoothly (forms submit, emails trigger, appointments book correctly).
• Documentation: Create SOPs and process docs for each snapshot so our team can scale and maintain quality across all ICPs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team to implement feedback and improve the systems as we go.

Requirements:
• Proven experience building inside Go High Level — especially snapshots, websites, and automations.
• Strong website-building skills: landing pages, responsive design, basic branding.
• Familiarity with automations, triggers, pipelines, and integrations (email, SMS, payments).
• Excellent communication — comfortable working with a remote team and taking feedback.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Bonus points for experience working with marketing agencies or niche service businesses.
• Understanding of equestrian businesses is a plus (but not required if you can learn quickly).
