YOUTUBE VA

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage the publishing of videos on our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands YouTube Studio, and can follow clear SOPs for uploading, scheduling, and optimizing content.

Responsibilities:

Upload finished videos to YouTube Studio.

Add titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords (provided in SOP).

Upload and apply custom thumbnails.

Schedule videos for publishing 2–3 times per week.

Organize video playlists and end screens.

Ensure metadata (titles, tags, descriptions) are SEO-optimized and consistent.

Maintain upload quality and follow provided style/branding guides.

(Optional) Light engagement: pinning comments, responding to basic viewer questions.

Requirements:

Familiar with YouTube Studio dashboard.

Strong attention to detail.

Good written English.

Reliable internet connection.

Able to follow written/video SOP instructions.

Previous YouTube VA experience preferred, but not required.
