Graphic Designers Required For Shoe Design

We are looking for freelance graphic designer for custom designs regarding shoes, tote bags, and occasional t –shirts.
Responsibilities may include but aren’t limited to
? Design new shoes based on the given guidelines and design ideas
? Design occasional bags and t-shirts based on the idea
? Make sure that the design is unique and copyright free
? Ensure that the designed contents meet accessibility needs
Required Skills
? Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user in mind
? Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
? Excellent communication skills – should be able to speak their mind
? Able to develop strong working relationships across the organization
? Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt and shift priorities and deadlines
? Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement
Required Experience
? At least 1 year experience in designing for custom brands, which include t – shirts/ shoes / bags
? Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
? Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
