Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Resilient Spine Chiropractic & Rehab helps active moms 40+ get rid of low back, hip pain and back to doing what they love. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who can keep our content consistent, our CRM workflows , and our community engaged.

What You’ll Do

Post daily IG content (Reels, stories, quotes, podcast clips)
Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs in our brand voice
Edit short Reels and batch content weekly
Engage local business partner followers + manage DMs
Manage events/workshops funnels and workflows in Go High Level
Weekly reports on IG analytics on reels
Manage ---------- and Facebook=/Meta Ads

What We’re Looking For

Strong writing skills
Proficient in Chatgpt
Basic video editing (Reels, captions, trimming)
Familiarity with IG, Canva, Google drive, other editing apps
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Comfortable engaging with followers in DMs
Proactive, growth-minded, and willing to learn
Willing to work between 12pm-6pm PST


Self-starter is a major plus!
