Video Editor (& Generative AI user as a bonus)

About the Role -

WAGMI Games is seeking a creative and reliable Video Editor to produce high-impact social media content. This role requires consistency, speed, and an eye for edits that grab attention. You’ll be working with a steady flow of briefs and materials to create 7+ videos per week (aiming for 1 post per day).

Key Responsibilities -

Edit and deliver 30–60 second social media videos (sometimes shorter/longer).

Maintain a consistent posting schedule of 7+ videos weekly.

Work from provided briefs, raw materials, and voiceovers.

Adapt game content, images, and assets into engaging edits optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.

Apply WAGMI’s creative guidelines while keeping content dynamic and scroll-stopping.

Bonus Responsibilities (Higher Monthly Pay) -

Use generative video tools (Flora Fauna, Kling 2.1, Hailuo, Veo3, etc.) to enhance or create content from images.

Create voiceovers using ElevenLabs.

Maximize tool credits each month by following efficient workflows.

What You’ll Get -

Generative media output.

Custom voiceovers.

Exceeding the baseline 1-2 videos per day. (monday-friday)

Requirements -

Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media.

Proficiency in at least one professional editing tool (Premiere, Final Cut)

Strong sense of pacing, audio sync, and visual storytelling.

Ability to hit deadlines consistently.

Reliable communication and availability for ongoing work.

Bonus given for experience with AI/generative video tools (Flora Fauna, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, Veo3, etc.).

Bonus given for ability to manage distribution of videos across social media using Vista or HootSuite (or similar tool).

Comfort with using AI generative voiceover tools like ElevenLabs.

Enthusiasm or knowledge for digital media.

NOTE -- Necessary access to tools and subscriptions will be provided for you. This could end up being closer to 20-30 hours per week, it will depend on how much of the bonus work that you can do.

P.S. -- If you are ONLY A VIDEO EDITOR, THAT IS OKAY! You can still apply. I am hoping for someone who can do all of the above, but if you are only comfortable editing and we need to find a separate person for the AI tasks, we will do that.
