Hours:

Saturday through Wednesday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (California / PST)

Equivalent to 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Philippines time, next day)

About Us:
HoopSphere Basketball Academy is a fast-growing youth basketball program based in the Bay Area, USA. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Backend Support Associate to help manage parent communication and backend operations.

Role Overview:
The Backend Support Associate will handle parent-facing communication (email and phone), manage backend tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is crucial to keeping our systems accurate, responsive, and aligned with our US team.

Core Responsibilities:

Handle all backend tasks including registrations, attendance tracking, data entry, and updating databases.

Respond to parent emails and calls in a professional, timely manner.

Escalate urgent or sensitive issues to the US-based team.

Maintain accurate records of all tasks and updates.

Provide consistent and reliable support to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or backend operations.

High attention to detail and ability to follow systems and processes.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently during assigned hours.

Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Google Workspace, and online databases preferred.

Compensation:

?400–?570 PHP per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
