Website Performance & SEO Optimization Specialist (WordPress / Core Web Vitals)

We are looking for a skilled Website Performance Specialist from the Philippines to help us improve our website’s speed, usability, and SEO scores. Our site currently has low performance results on Google PageSpeed Insights, and we need someone experienced who can diagnose and fix the issues.

???? Responsibilities

Audit website using Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, WebPageTest

Identify performance bottlenecks (images, CSS/JS, server response, caching, etc.)

Implement optimizations:

Minify & combine CSS/JS files

Optimize & compress images (next-gen formats like WebP)

Setup caching & lazy loading

Improve mobile responsiveness

Configure CDN (if needed)


Improve Core Web Vitals scores (FCP, LCP, CLS, TBT, etc.)

Ensure SEO best practices are followed (meta tags, structured data, mobile-first)

Provide a “before & after” performance report with results


? Requirements

Proven experience improving website performance (please send examples/screenshots of before/after scores)

Strong knowledge of WordPress optimization (plugins, caching, hosting tweaks)

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals

Ability to troubleshoot both front-end and server-side issues

Good English communication skills (written)
