We are a professional asbestos survey business dedicated to providing safe, compliant, and efficient surveying services for our clients. Our growing team of surveyors delivers reliable inspections, and we’re now looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join us.

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated **Appointment Setter** with experience using **Go HighLevel (GHL)** to manage client communications, schedule surveys, and optimize the productivity of our surveyors. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth client journey—from initial contact through to confirmed survey appointments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct outbound sales calls to warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
* Engage with prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner, answering initial questions about services.
* Use **Go HighLevel CRM** to track leads, manage pipelines, and automate follow-up communications.
* Schedule and confirm survey appointments in line with client needs and surveyor availability.
* Plan and optimize surveyors’ diaries, including **route and journey planning** to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
* Provide surveyors with accurate, updated schedules and client details ahead of each appointment.
* Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes within the CRM.
* Collaborate with the admin and surveying teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality client experience.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Support, or similar role.
* Strong working knowledge of **Go HighLevel** (essential).
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Experience in diary management, route planning, or logistics (preferred).
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
