We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Automation Specialist to manage our marketing systems and build powerful automations.

THE POSITION

We're hiring a Full-Time Marketing & Automation Specialist to join our team. This is a stable, long-term position with excellent growth opportunities focused on marketing automation and systems optimization.

Work Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday, 8 hours per day
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Philippine Time
- Friday and Saturday off
- Work from home permanently
- Direct employment (not agency or project-based)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Automation & Systems:
- Build and maintain complex automations in GoHighLevel
- Create workflow automations using ---------- (Integromat)
- Set up automated email sequences and campaigns
- Connect multiple platforms through API integrations
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows
- Document all automations and create SOPs

GoHighLevel Management:
- Manage CRM pipelines and contact management
- Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages
- Set up tracking and analytics within GHL
- Create automated SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
- Manage forms, surveys, and calendars
- Implement advanced segmentation and tagging


Email Marketing Operations:
- Execute email campaigns in GoHighLevel and ConvertKit
- Set up complex automation sequences
- Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics
- Perform A/B testing and optimization
- Manage list hygiene and segmentation

Technical Implementation:
- Build integrations between marketing tools
- Set up conversion tracking and pixels
- Create automated reporting dashboards
- Implement webhook connections
- Manage API connections between platforms

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ years HANDS-ON experience with GoHighLevel (Must Have)
- Proven experience building automations in ---------- (Integromat) (Must Have)
- Understanding of API integrations and webhooks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Available to work Sunday-Thursday, 2PM-10PM PH time

Technical Skills Required:
- GoHighLevel (advanced level - must have)
- ---------- /Integromat (intermediate to advanced)
- n8n (optional but highly valued)
- Email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, etc.)
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Google Sheets for data management
- Notion for documentation

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Zapier
- Meta Ads Manager experience
- Experience in creator economy/online education

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Monthly Salary:
- PHP 40,000/month - 2+ years experience with our tools
- PHP 51,000/month - 4+ years with advanced automation skills
