Web & Graphic Designer VA — Webflow, Reports, SEO-Friendly Content (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We’re a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a Web & Graphic Designer VA to join us long-term.

This role is 20–30 hrs/week to start, working your PH daytime hours (asynchronous). It will grow with the agency if you’re the right fit.

The #1 thing we’re hiring for is great design ability.
• If you can build beautiful websites in Webflow, design clean reports/graphics, and write natural English copy ? you’re who we want.

Main Tasks:
1. Webflow site builds & updates – 6 - 15 new client pages each month, using a template but making them look polished and unique. You’ll write SEO-friendly content in brand voice (with ChatGPT support), compress photos, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
2. Google Business Profile posts – 1x/week per client, adding photos (provided) and geotagging (training provided).
3. Client reports – Monthly & one-off reports, designed to look professional and written in clear, natural English.

Core Skills Needed:
• Webflow (or strong builder experience + fast learner).
• Graphic design (reports, layouts, clean visuals).
• Strong written English (professional, natural tone).
• SEO basics (headings, meta, keyword-friendly writing).
• Attention to detail + eye for design.

Bonus Skills (not required): GBP posting, local SEO knowledge, reporting experience.

Compensation:
• $500–$900/month (depending on skill/experience).
• Paid via Wise/Payoneer/Revolut, always on time.
