Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Working Hours:

Schedule: Permanent schedule will be Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm EST (with a 1-hour break in the middle).
During the first 4–6 weeks of training, hours will temporarily be Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm EST (with a 1-hour break in the middle) to allow for overlap with our current tea ---------- mber.
(Note: These hours correspond to night shifts in the Philippines)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our sales process, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations across our fleet of party buses.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
Prepare and send out quotes for services, including round-trip and one-way options.
Ensure clients receive and sign booking contracts.

Scheduling and Logistics:
Schedule drivers and coordinate the logistics for each booking.

Financial Management:
Ensure timely payment from clients and follow up on overdue payments.

Customer Relations:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.

Required Skills:
Sales: Proven experience in sales support or similar roles.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer Service: Ability to provide top-notch service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing schedules, financial records, and client information.
Adaptability: Comfortable working night shifts and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
