Appointment Setter for Fast-Growing Online Coaching Brand (Instagram DM Specialist)

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to manage inbound and outbound DM conversations - primarily on Instagram - and help us book qualified calls for our sales team. This is a remote role with growth potential and the opportunity to become a full-time tea ---------- mber within weeks.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and reply to conversations in our Instagram DMs.
- Reach out to:
1. People who vote in Instagram story polls
2. New followers
3. People who like/comment on posts (especially reels)
- Book qualified leads into sales calls using our proven DM scripts and processes.
- Track all conversations and conversions in Google Sheets.
- Write a daily report of conversations and appointments booked.
- Ensure a positive experience in every interaction with prospects.
- Support the team with inbox organization and updates.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker and writer – this is non-negotiable.
- Minimum high school diploma; college preferred.
- 6+ hours availability per day, 5 days per week.
- Previous experience as a DM setter or appointment setter (preferably in fitness/coaching).
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, social media platforms, and communication tools.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude - you enjoy helping people!
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

Bonus if you have:
- Experience working for a fitness or nutrition coaching brand.
- Knowledge of the online coaching space.
- Previous role in managing client prospecting via DMs or setting appointments for sales teams.
