E-commerce Video Editor (Full-time + Bonuses)

Company Overview:
At FLAIR Fútbol, we celebrate the creative soul of football. We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for our 4th Video Editor who can keep up with the pace, tell compelling stories, and create content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds.

This isn’t just about flashy transitions. It’s about storytelling, sharp editing, and high-performing content. You’ll work on TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, product promos, and paid ad creatives that fuel our growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Edit 2–3 ad creatives per day (depending on complexity)
- Transform raw UGC clips into high-performance reels and TikToks
- Follow specific ad frameworks and creative briefs
- Collaborate with the content and creative team on briefs, scripts, and launch timelines.
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and best practices in short-form video and ad performance.
- Ensure all edits are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with FLAIR’s voice and visual style.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience editing for TikTok, IG Reels, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating high-converting paid video ads for META, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Strong storytelling instincts, understand pacing, structure, and what makes people watch.
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Knowledge of text overlays, dynamic captions, audio syncing, and viral formats.
- Ability to take feedback and deliver multiple versions efficiently.
- Familiarity with ad performance principles (not just aesthetics)
- Ability to match tone/style based on references
- Reliable internet, file-sharing, and full-time availability
- Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
- Clear communicator, organized, and thrives in a remote async environment.

Compensation:
Base salary with performance-based bonuses that can push total earnings up to $4,000+ per month. Depending on skills and output. The sky is the limit, your performance drives your pay.

Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in sports, streetwear, or creator-focused brands.
- Love for football or street culture (not required, but nice)
