Senior Amazon VA with UK experience

Job Opportunity: Experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) – Full-Time (UK Hours)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon VA to join our existing team to help manage our Amazon UK store. If you have a strong background in Amazon Seller Central, account management, and e-commerce best practices we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Offering

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
UK working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Time tracking via Time Doctor

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience

4+ years as an Amazon VA, with proven success managing Amazon FBA stores
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management
Experience in team coordination and self-management

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Shopify and social media management
Proficient in Amazon PPC


Key Responsibilities

Amazon Seller Central & Administration
Manage account health and performance metrics
Monitor reports, analyse data, and recommend strategies to increase sales
Raise and follow up on cases with Seller Support to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and maintain excellent seller ratings
Generate and analyse weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Retrieve supplier invoices for VAT returns

SEO & PPC

Conduct ongoing Amazon SEO research and optimisation
Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns
Leverage tools like Helium 10 for insights and growth
Product Development & Listings
Research market trends and identify opportunities for new products
Launch and manage new product performance
Create and optimise listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions)
Enhance listings with A+ Content and improved product imagery ( canva)
