Position Overview
We're seeking a creative and skilled AI thumbnail designer. You'll be responsible for creating eye-catching, thumbnails using AI tools. If you have great thumbnail skills, and can craft TOP NOTCH QUALITY thumbnails, then please do keep on reading till the end of this job post.

Required Skills & Experience

Captivating, high quality & build curiosity enough to get the click
Great idea behind the thumbnails & not just designed well
Well matched to the title & topic given
Proficiency with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ideogram, etc.)
Strong understanding of thumbnail design principles (readability, contrast, emotional appeal)

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $200/month, paid on the 1st of each month
Performance-Based Growth: Your salary will increase by $50-$100/ month as you improve and increase your daily AI thumbnail output
Monthly Bonus: An additional $50 bonus will be awarded for exceptional performance such as high click-through rate!
Subscriptions: You’ll need to cover your own subscriptions such as Leonardo AI / Ideogram from your paycheck (either from the base salary or the total if bonuses apply)
