We are a marketing and technology company building advanced automation systems for content delivery, client management, and social media. We are looking for a skilled n8n Developer to design, build, and maintain workflows that connect Google Drive, Asana, AI tools, and social platforms into seamless automated pipelines.

???? Responsibilities

Build and maintain n8n workflows for:

Monitoring Google Drive folders for video uploads

Running AI transcription and generating titles, descriptions, and captions

Creating and formatting thumbnails/captions

Automating publishing to social media platforms (direct APIs or via schedulers like Vista Social)

Logging and updating tasks in Asana for tracking and reporting

Sending notifications to Slack/Email on success/failure

Handle authentication and secure API connections (Google Workspace, Asana, Meta, etc.)

Troubleshoot errors, add retry logic, and optimize workflows for reliability.

Document processes and create SOPs for the team.

???? Requirements

Proven experience with n8n or similar tools (Zapier, Make, Airflow).

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data mapping.

Familiar with Google Drive API, Asana API, and social platform APIs.

Ability to integrate AI agents (e.g., OpenAI API) for content generation.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Clear communication and ability to follow structured SOPs.

Experience with Vista Social or other social scheduling tools.

Familiarity with Docker, server hosting, and SSL setup for n8n.

Basic coding (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js) for custom nodes/functions.

Background in digital marketing or social media automation.
