Remote Appointment Setter (Philippines-Based)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our fast-growing team as an Appointment Setter. Your role will be to engage with warm leads, build rapport, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospects through messaging platforms, email, and follow-ups
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
Maintain clear records of conversations and updates in our CRM
Meet daily and weekly booking targets
Collaborate with team leads to improve scripts and conversion rates


Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Able to work during U.S. business hours


Compensation:
Base Salary: $250/month (paid $125 bi-weekly)


Commission: $50 per closed deal


Bonuses:


5 closes: $100 bonus


10 closes: $200 bonus


15 closes: $300 bonus


20 closes: $500 bonus


Example Earnings:
5 deals: $600/month total


10 deals: $950/month total


15 deals: $1,300/month total


20 deals: $1,750/month total
