We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and serve as the first point of contact with potential clients.

Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Appointment Setter to generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to prospective business owners. You will reach out to prospective sellers from our database, engage them in a professional and friendly manner, and offer a complimentary business valuation. Your goal is to schedule initial meetings for our brokers to initiate a dialogue and gauge the seller's interest in potentially listing their business.
This is a remote position that requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a comfort with a high-volume call environment.

Key Responsibilities
Make Outbound Calls: Use an auto-dialing system to make a high volume of cold calls to potential business sellers daily.
Qualify Leads: Engage prospects with a prepared script to determine their interest in a business valuation and potential sale.
Schedule Appointments: Successfully book and schedule meetings between qualified prospective sellers and our experienced business brokers.
Overcome Objections: Handle rejections and address common questions with a professional and persistent attitude.
Maintain Records: Accurately update and maintain prospect information, call logs, and appointment details in our CRM software.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Communicate with our brokers to ensure a smooth hand-off of all qualified appointments.
Track Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly metrics for calls, connections, and appointments set.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in an outbound sales, cold-calling, or appointment-setting role. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
Auto-Dialer Proficiency: Familiarity with auto-dialer software and the ability to navigate CRM systems effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a results-oriented environment.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a high volume of daily activities.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently from a remote location with minimal supervision.
