-Own unit economics, balancing profitability with partner cost-per-enrollment needs
-Conduct deep-dive channel analyses to scale winners and fix underperformers
-Partner with growth team to optimize creative and funnels using downstream data

You’re the Right Fit If
-You can work U.S. PST hours (west coast schedule)
-You get energized finding stories in data

-You understand that the cheapest lead often costs the most long-term
-You can balance competing objectives (profitability, partner needs, growth)
-You translate complex analyses into simple, actionable recommendations
-You think like both a performance marketer AND client success manager
-Bonus: Direct experience in advertising, lead generation, or marketplace businesses

What We Offer

-HMO, PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-Ibig after probation
