About Us

We operate a premium vacation rental in Whistler, Canada, along with vehicle rentals on Turo and Outdoorsy. Our focus is on creating a seamless, 5-star guest experience. I’m a Filipino-Canadian entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience as a software consulting executive. While we’re starting with one property, this is a long-term role with clear growth potential. I know the value of hard work, reliability, and loyalty — and I want to build a strong team that reflects those values. What You’ll Do

Guest Messaging & Support
• Monitor Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, OwnerRez, Turo, and Outdoorsy inboxes.
• Reply quickly to customer inquiries and professionally using templates and guides (check-in, Wi-Fi, parking, hot tub).
• Solve and escalate urgent issues (lockouts, damages) to our local runner/cleaner.

Cleaner & Runner Coordination
• Confirm turnovers are scheduled correctly.
• Pass along special requests (early check-in, late checkout).
• Verify cleaners submit completion photos.

Pricing & Revenue (PriceLabs)
• Weekly checks on rulesets (minimum stays, premiums, discounts).
• Adjust seasonal toggles as instructed (shoulder vs. winter).
• Report occupancy trends and anomalies.

Marketing & Listings
• Draft email campaigns (guest offers, seasonal promos) for approval.
• Create simple Canva posts for Instagram/Facebook.
• Update Turo/Outdoorsy/Airbnb listings with new copy or photos.
• Maintain a seasonal marketing calendar.

Admin Support
• Track guest reviews and follow-up reminders.
• Keep simple revenue/expense spreadsheets updated.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written English and a natural customer-service tone.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or other STR management tools (OwnerRez, PriceLabs a plus).
• Comfortable with Canva, Mailchimp/StayFi, or similar platforms.
• Available during Pacific Time guest turnover windows (morning/evening shifts).
• Reliable internet and a professional work setup.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with us long term.
• Good ability with AI to help answer questions and inquiries
