I need someone who's experienced within Meta ads Facebook and Instagram and knows how to set up campaigns ad sets and ads or creatives. Must know how to write good hooks knows how to read the information provided like CTACTR etc. must have a good ROI must provide good results. Must not let the ads get fatigued managing multiple accounts at once.
