About the Role
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to lead our social media and creative strategy. You’ll build content and campaigns that inspire everyday Americans to transform their careers.

What You’ll Do

-Create engaging content that drives brand growth and enrollments
-Build and nurture online communities of aspiring professionals
-Develop creative campaigns and UGC for organic and paid channels
-Track performance and optimize content with data-driven insights
-Influence Dreambound’s broader brand and creative direction
What You’ll Need
-Proven success growing social media presence at scale
-Strong creative portfolio (video, graphics, copy)
-Experience with analytics and conversion optimization
-Comfort with AI creative tools (MidJourney, Veo, Claude, etc.)
-Ability to own content end-to-end: ideation ? creation ? posting ? iteration
-Available to work U.S. PST hours
-Experience building content for U.S. audiences
