Zapier & Database Integration Specialist (Contract / Confidential Project)

Job Type: Short-term contract / Remote
Pay: $12–$18/hr (depending on experience) OR fixed project $300–$500

Project Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist for a one-time confidential project: automate bulk updates from an Excel spreadsheet into the Boulevard CRM. Boulevard does not support bulk updates natively, so this project will require creative engineering and strategic field mapping using Zapier or similar tools.

This project is not only about email opt-ins; multiple fields must be updated based on marketing triggers and client segmentation logic. You will work closely with the business owner to understand these rules and design a safe, intelligent update strategy.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the owner to understand marketing triggers, client segmentation logic, and how multiple fields in the spreadsheet map to Boulevard fields.

Develop a safe, step-by-step bulk update process using Zapier or similar tools.

Ensure accurate transfer of email opt-ins, segmentation tags, and other client data.

Document the process for clarity and internal reference.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zapier or similar automation/integration tools.

Strong knowledge of databases, data integrity, and strategic field mapping.

Ability to translate business rules into a safe, precise mapping and update plan.

Detail-oriented, methodical, and excellent communication skills.

Must maintain strict confidentiality.

Project Scope:

One-time, short-term contract.

Remote work is possible.
