Hello! I'm Leslie, a Christian health coach and entrepreneur based in Florida.
I'm passionate about helping families transform their health while building meaningful businesses. I've had the privilege of traveling to the Philippines and absolutely love your beautiful country and amazing people! As a believer, my business operates on biblical principles of integrity, excellence, and serving others.
I run multiple businesses including OPTAVIA health coaching, personal coaching, and various entrepreneurial ventures. I'm a busy mom with big dreams and need an exceptional virtual assistant to help me scale my impact while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media Management (Primary Focus)

Create engaging content using Canva (Instagram posts, carousels, quote graphics...)
Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Develop weekly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Design branded graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Research trending topics and hashtags in health/coaching space
Create video thumbnails and simple video graphics
I would like to expand to podcasting/video creation so will need help with ideas for this and potential editing the videos and posting them.

Communication & Team Coordination - I use Flodesk and Project Broadcast for team communication.

Weekly Celebrations: Create and send weekly celebration emails (and facebook posts) recognizing team achievements and milestones
Monthly Team Recognition: Coordinate monthly appreciation campaigns for coaches and tea ---------- mbers
Client Communication: Draft and send weekly emails / text messages to health coaching clients with tips, motivation, and updates... Schedule these emails in Flodesk and texts in Project Broadcast.
Personal Brand Email List: Manage and send weekly newsletters to personal brand subscribers.
Coach Communication: Create and send weekly emails to our coaching team with training updates and encouragement
Internal Team Communication: Facilitate communication between tea ---------- mbers, schedule meetings, send reminders.

Content Creation & Management - I have ---------- where posts can be scheduled.
(I have both chatgpt and Claude AI that can be used that I have worked with to create my brand voice and ideal client avatar.)

Write compelling email content with me for various audiences (clients, coaches, personal brand)
Create social media captions that align with brand voice.
Design marketing materials and promotional graphics
Develop templates for recurring communications
Organize and maintain content libraries
Research and curate relevant health/wellness/business content
Create a Reel/Tik Tok/Youtube short strategy and make simple videos to be shared.

Administrative Support


Email management and organization.
Calendar scheduling and coordination
Client onboarding and follow-up sequences.
Basic CRM management and data entry.
Document creation and formatting.
Research projects for business development
Task management and project coordination

Business Development Support

Lead generation research
Social media engagement to build community
Customer service and client support
Order processing and tracking
Basic Event planning assistance for tea ---------- etings/celebrations

What I am Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent English (written and spoken) - you'll be communicating directly with clients and tea ---------- mbers
Canva expertise - must be comfortable creating professional graphics and social content
Social media experience - understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Email marketing familiarity - experience with platforms like Flodesk, etc...
Christian values - this is important as faith is central to how I operate my business
Organized and detail-oriented - managing multiple communications requires precision
Self-motivated - able to work independently and take initiative
Reliable internet and equipment for consistent communication

Bonus Skills:

Experience with health/wellness or network marketing content
Video editing capabilities
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of Pinterest, TikTok, or LinkedIn (I would like to grow in these areas)
Basic graphic design skills
Experience working with American businesses

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Rate: $4-6 USD per hour (based on experience and skills demonstrated)
Growth Opportunity: Regular reviews with potential for raises as you take on more responsibility
Hours: Flexible, starting 20-30 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time
Schedule: Some overlap with CST business hours preferred but flexible for right candidate
Payment: Weekly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer
