Detail-Oriented Video Editor /Virtual Assistant for UGC and Tik tok Videos

We’re Hiring a VA!

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a busy Ugc creator and tik tok influencer with editing, automations, posting, emails, responding to brands, booking jobs and possibly pitching brands.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, is a pro active leader, proficient in video editing and understandings the fast paced world of UGC and Tiktok.

Responsibilities include:
-Managing inbound emails and responding with rates
-Editing videos and shorts
-Great communication skills and quick turn around
-Downloading TikTok videos, removing water mark uploading to other platforms
-Preparing automations in ManyChat
-Preparing and scheduling social media posts

Tools we use (experience preferred but not required):
-Capcut or another video program
-Manychaat
-Google Drive (organization)
-Trello (project management)

What we’re looking for:
-Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Strong written communication (email + social posts)
-Comfortable learning new tools and following step-by-step SOPs
-Interest in personal growth/spirituality is a bonus!

Role Details:
-Part-time, ongoing (approx. 5–10 hours/week to start)
-Remote, flexible hours (must meet agreed deadlines)

Pay: DOE depending on experience
