Reddit VA – Posting & Commenting

Main job is to focus on plastic surgery discussions (procedures, clinics, experiences). Interest or prior knowledge in this field is a big plus.

(Daily Tasks)

1) Create 4–5 Posts daily – I'm not asking you to be creative. You'll just grab an existing reddit post on similar topic that was written before, and rewrite them by changing the wording and a bit of details.

2) Engaging Comments – Write natural comments under your posts & natural question asking comments



- Fast computer & reliable internet (tested during interview).

- Ability to write fluent, natural Reddit posts & comments.(*You can utilize chatgpt to grammar check, but your post or comments should NEVER sound like an AI)

- Use of Ad Power (training provided).

- Experience on Reddit.



$230 USD / 1st month (because it's going to be mostly training month.
After 1st training month, raised $250 USD. But it can be raised as $270 USD *IF* you are able to do the job on your own without needing me to check you over on your work daily after initial month.
- so afterwards, if you proceed with 270, after 6 months it'll be 300, then $340 after 1 year. However, if you are unable to do the job on your own and constantly needing feedback, it'll be raised to 250, and after 6 months, it'll be 270, then $300 after 1 year.

6.5 hrs/day, 6 days/week (Ideally, 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM or you can start any time after 4PM).




Don't send in your resume, I don't care about them. I only care if you are able to do the work that I ask you to. There won't be calls, or video interview, for initial screening process, please submit the following.

Create one Reddit post draft on any plastic surgery topic using 1-2 real Reddit posts as source material. Remember, I'm not asking you to be creative. You are just going to take the 'same content' from the old posts, rephrase it and tweak some details. That's it. It shouldn't look exactly like the initial post, but the key points are same. (PLEASE SHARE the LINKS for the reddit post you USED! so I can check how you rephrased it.)

- Show at least 3 back-and-forth replies between two “users.”

- Add 1–2 extra stand-alone comments.

- PLEASE Tell us how long it took you to write the sample post + comments.

- Have AnyDesk installed before the interview.

For 30-min interview, I'll be observing if you are using adspower correctly, your laptop speed on adspower, and how you create a sample post & comments.
