This IS for someone who:

Has a sharp, artistic eye and can spot the golden 60 seconds in a 60-minute video.

Knows how to pace, cut, add captions, B-roll, and subtle effects that keep people hooked.

Can take direction but also bring fresh ideas to the table without waiting to be spoon-fed.

Understands what makes content work on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook—and edits accordingly.

Wants to grow alongside a global personal development brand and take pride in seeing their work impacting millions.

Your Day-to-Day Could Include:

Sifting through recorded keynotes, coaching calls, and interviews to extract the most impactful micro-content.

Editing long-form material into high-polish assets (courses, keynote clips, etc.).

Formatting and optimizing content for multiple platforms.

Bringing creative judgment—not just technical skill—to every project.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showcasing social-media-ready edits (short-form and long-form).

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve (bonus if you’re versatile).

High standards—you care as much about the details as you do about the big picture.

Clear communication and reliability (flakiness = instant “no thanks”).

Availability ~20 hours per week, with potential to grow.
