Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Tier One Customer Support Agent to join our fully remote team on a temporary, part-time basis. You’ll help customers with their water filtration systems and subscription-related questions through chat,
This is expected to be a 3-month contract role averaging ~20 hours per week. Training is provided. We need someone who can adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver excellent support with a human touch.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer questions via chat,
• Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets, orders, and subscriptions
• Troubleshoot filter issues and provide science-based answers
• Work with our U.S.-based team via Microsoft Teams
• Follow standard procedures while still offering personalized, thoughtful replies
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and communication skills
• At least 2 years of U.S. customer service experience (remote preferred)
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and Microsoft Office 365
• Comfortable making customer calls daily through our ticketing system
• Flexible availability — approx. 20 hrs/week
• Training: first 2 weeks, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• After training: schedule may vary depending on coverage needs
• Fast, reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Bonus If You Have
• Experience supporting technical or science-based products
• Familiarity with water filtration (not required—we’ll train you!)
