Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – B2B Real Estate Service

DealsDPT is a fast-growing provider of transaction management and real estate accounting services for brokerages and agents across Canada. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help us expand our client base by booking appointments with real estate professionals.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct cold calls to real estate agents and brokerages
- Introduce DealsDPT’s services and value proposition
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
- Source new leads when needed to meet outreach goals

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $6 CAD/hour
- Commission for every qualified appointment booked
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with the real estate industry (a plus, not required)
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
