Social Media Content & Messaging Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable Social Media Content & Messaging Assistant to keep our audience engaged across Instagram and other messaging channels.
You’ll create or repost approved content, respond to comments, and carry on friendly, written conversations with our community through direct messages.



Responsibilities
• Repost / create /post approved videos on social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and in a warm, brand-consistent voice.
• Engage in text-based conversations with followers on designated platforms.
• Track engagement metrics and provide daily activity reports.


Qualifications
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram features (Stories, Reels, scheduling tools) and open to learning new platforms.
• Comfortable with conversational, text-only interaction and following detailed guidelines.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work set shifts independently.


Work Schedule & Compensation

Full-time (40 hours per week).
