AI-Powered Graphic Designer

Mindcore is growing, and we’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who combines design expertise with AI-powered tools to deliver visually compelling content. This role has a strong emphasis on creating presentation-ready PDFs and PowerPoint decks along with innovative visuals for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:
As our Graphic Designer, you will:
-Design professional PDF and PowerPoint presentations optimized for business audiences
-Create LinkedIn carousels, infographics, and data visualizations
-Develop banners, flyers, eBooks, and other marketing assets
-Produce “cool visuals,” including AI-generated animated graphics, GIFs, and short MP4 clips for social media
-Use tools like MidJourney to generate creative concepts, then adapt outputs into dynamic formats for posts and campaigns
-Ensure brand consistency and spacing across multi-slide presentations, PDFs, and other deliverables
-Translate complex IT and cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and highly visual stories
-Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand identity and deliver content that requires minimal revisions

What We’re Looking For:
-We need a designer who can merge creativity with efficiency, using both traditional design and AI tools to bring ideas to life.

Required Skills and Experience:
-Proven portfolio with LinkedIn content, PDF/PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and animated visuals (applications without portfolios will not be considered)
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
-Strong understanding of AI-powered workflows, including tools such as:
-MidJourney for concept and animated clip generation
-Canva AI features for layouts and animations
-ChatGPT / GPT tools for workflow efficiency and content ideation
-Google AI tools (Gemini, NanoBanana for ad creatives and smart prompts)
-Runway for AI-powered video and motion graphics
-Figma with AI plugins for rapid prototyping and collaboration
-Stable Diffusion or similar AI image tools for creative iterations
-Ability to refine AI outputs into professional, brand-aligned assets
-Experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Tech industries preferred
-Strong grasp of visual storytelling, clean layouts, and brand systems
-High attention to detail with polished, presentation-ready results
