Influencer Management

****TLDR:

We’re hiring for a long-term role managing TikTok & Instagram influencers for our watch brand, VALUSIS. We are one of the fastest growing watch brands in Dubai and the last person we hired for this position has been working with us for 2 years+ and now we are expanding our team. Tasks include daily messaging, checking posts, explaining collaboration rules, and calculating monthly payments, mostly using pre-written templates. Strong written English is required; sales/negotiation skills are a plus but can be coached. Work is 1–3 hours/day(payment starting at ~$400/month, flexible hours, but we need replies during weekends as well), fully remote, with calls and daily check-ins(longer during onboarding). We need consistency and everything can be coached from 0 if you have common sense and the willingness to learn. Our ideal candidate is someone young with Social Media experience who can adapt quick to changes and knows how to efficiently use the templates provided quickly and adapt them to certain situation

****Job application:

We are looking for a long term collaboration and not a one time thing or something short period. This will be considered a full time job even though we only need 2-3 hours each day. Moreover, we also need your program to be relatively flexible and be able to work a few hours in the weekends/holidays, the job can be done from your phone so this should not be an issue. Our team is based in Europe, but we adapt to your time-zone and working hours for any type of questions.

Payment will be hourly in the first week and if things go well, we'll switch to a monthly payment starting at $ ---------- that can grow to $ ---------- in a few months once you take on more tasks and responsibility

In order to get a better understanding of the tasks, you will be responding and talking with a lot of TikTok/Instagram Influencers and accounts that promote our brand by posting videos in exchange for money. You will have access to our brands Instagram and TikTok account. When talking to the accounts/influencers you will be doing the following:
-Follow our step by step onboarding plan for new creators/influencers
-explain to them what the collaboration with our brand consists in
-explain to them how the videos need to be posted and how visible we need to be in the videos they post
-ask them to post another video with us if they haven't in the last 2-3 days, which will require you to check their account to see if they posted recently
-if they post the video wrong, sometimes you need to explain to them that they will not be paid entirely for that video
-check the videos they posted to see if they meet our criteria
-calculate payments at the beginning of each months(depending on how many views they made/videos posted)


Most of the messages are already written and we have a lot of templates for most situation. If complex scenarios appear, don't worry, our manager is always there to help you. We'll have daily calls, in the beginning this can take 30mins-1h during coaching period and then 5-10 minutes is enough just to confirm everything is fine. During the onboarding period we will stay with you in call to explain every situation better.


Some influencers/accounts are owned by teenagers/young adults, so their responses can be unprofessional and sometimes they can be annoying or do not understand what you ask from them. Time management, discipline, patience and being calm is important. Efficiency while maintaining quality is also important because you'll need to send 50+ replies each day.


In order to make sure that you are the right candidate, we kindly ask you to send us a short video with a short introduction about yourself and give us some reasons why you think this will be suitable for you and some of your previous jobs. Even if the job will be only in writing, this is will help us check your English level(we don't mind bad accent, but writing grammatically correct is important for our brands image We encourage double checking the grammar with Chatgpt or AI when talking to the influencers if needed).
