Our platform has connected millions of fans with the best artists in the world, and behind the scenes we’ve built ACAS (Anime Client Acquisition System), a booking system that helps artists grow their careers without relying on algorithms.

We are growing fast and looking for a full-time Appointment Setter to join our team and help connect anime fans with artists. This is a people-focused role — you’ll be talking with anime fans every day, guiding them through the booking process, answering questions, and helping them take the next step toward their tattoo. Responsibilities

Call, text, and follow up with anime fans who submit tattoo inquiries

Qualify leads to make sure they’re serious and a good fit for the artist

Answer questions about pricing, process, and scheduling

Help clients commit by confirming deposits and locking in appointments

Update client records and notes in Go High Level

Communicate with the team to ensure no lead slips through the cracks

Requirements

Anime fan (non-negotiable) – you’ll be speaking to anime fans daily

Fluent English speaker (B2 level or higher)

Friendly and confident communicator – especially on the phone

Detail-oriented and organized with follow-ups

Self-motivated and reliable — no disappearing or “ghosting”

Stable internet, quality headset, and a quiet work setup

Experience with Go High Level is a plus (training available)

Compensation

Full-time (remote, international hire)

$700/month base pay + performance bonuses
