I’m looking for a Virtual Sales & Client Outreach Specialist to join my team. This role is focused on generating and nurturing leads for my coaching and speaking services by managing outreach, follow-ups, and client communication with professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and respond to inbound social media DMs (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) in brand voice.
• Initiate outbound outreach (DMs, LinkedIn connects, warm emails) to qualified prospects.
• Nurture leads through follow-up sequences (email/DM).
• Build, maintain, and track leads in a CRM or tracking system (Google Sheets is fine).
• Repurpose content into outreach scripts/messages (based on my posts).
• Support with email list growth (collecting, organizing, tagging).
• Coordinate discovery call bookings and send confirmations/reminders.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on activity, results, and metrics.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach (preferably in coaching/consulting, wellness, or service industries).
• Strong written English communication skills (clear, warm, professional).
• Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Familiar with email outreach tools, CRMs, or Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Growth mindset — willing to learn my brand voice and refine approach with feedback.
• Availability for some overlap hours with U.S. Mountain Time (Utah).

Expectations & Metrics
• Generate 50–100 new leads per week through outreach.
• Book 5–10 discovery calls per month (minimum).
• Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours.
• Provide concise weekly updates on outreach and booked calls.

Compensation & Hours
• Part-time to start: 20 hours per week
• Rate: $4–7/hour (depending on experience) = approx. $350–600/month
• Room to expand to full-time based on results and fit.
• Paid bi-monthly via [Wise].
