Podcast Production Virtual Assistant (with Basic CRM Experience)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to join us long-term. This is a part-time role where you’ll primarily manage podcast production, with some light support in GoHighLevel CRM.

You’ll play a key role in making sure our podcast runs smoothly — from guest booking to editing, releasing episodes, and keeping guests on track for their scheduled interviews.

Your Main Tasks
???? Guest Outreach
Identify and research potential podcast guests using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ----------
Manage guest invitations, follow-ups, and bookings
Track guest pipeline in GoHighLevel
Provide 8-10 booked interviews per week after launch

???? Guest Follow-Up
Send reminders and confirmations to scheduled guests

????? Podcast Production
Edit podcast audio & video using Descript
Upload episodes to platforms (Podbean, YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
Produce 4 episodes per week.
Create episode assets which includes:
- 4 podcast shorts (Reels/TikToks)
- Episode artwork/poster (Canva)
- Supporting content (social posts, blogs, etc., templated through ChatGPT)

Pay & Perks
$5 USD per hour, depending on experience
Flexible hours (part-time: 20 hrs/week)

About Us
We run multiple businesses with a main focus on multifamily real estate through Ark Investment Ventures, LLC.
We also host a podcast called "Driven: Unscripted Success", where we feature entrepreneurs and investors sharing their journeys. You’ll be helping us keep the podcast production consistent while also supporting guest outreach and scheduling.
