Reddit Manager

About Us
We are a fast-growing digital growth agency looking for an experienced Reddit Operations Manager. Your role will be to manage and grow Reddit operations, lead a team of VAs, and execute strategies to scale brands through community-driven growth.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage Reddit growth systems.
- Lead, train, and oversee a team of Reddit VAs.
- Create and manage Reddit accounts (with safety/compliance in mind).
- Develop posting strategies and engagement campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as upvotes, traffic, conversions, and team productivity.
- Continuously optimize processes and build SOPs/playbooks.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Reddit operations (not just casual Reddit use).
- Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and train a team of VAs.
- Skilled in account creation, warming, posting, and engagement.
- Familiar with Reddit growth strategies, tools, and community management.
- Results-driven, reliable, and proactive problem solver.
- Excellent written English.
