Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

Our brand engages users with both visual & functional polish, and we want someone who can make our visuals shine across web, mobile, and marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Create high quality visual designs for OYF’s mobile & web app (icons, UI assets, graphics).

Design marketing materials (social media graphics, email creatives, banners).

Produce branding materials when needed (logo refinements, style guides).

Work with front-end & back-end devs to ensure designs translate well to implementation (e.g. responsive behavior).

Handle design revisions and iterate based on feedback.

Maintain and enforce design consistency (typography, colors, spacing, assets).

Requirements (Must-Have):

2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Proficient with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch).

Knowledge of UI/UX principles (responsive design, mobile first).

Good sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Strong portfolio that demonstrates variety of work: app/web graphics + marketing materials.

Basic ability to export and prepare assets for web/mobile (PNG/SVG etc.).

Good communication in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

Motion / animation skills (After Effects, Lottie etc).

Experience designing for fintech or financial dashboards.

Some UI design / prototyping experience.

Familiarity with version control or asset management.

Compensation / Offer:

Competitive PH salary based on experience ?30,000 – ?45,000/month
Remote role, flexible working hours with some overlap with US Central Time.
