Highly Skilled Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content (including graphics and short-form videos), and has strong video editing skills.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about growing brands through digital storytelling and strategic content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand voice and strategy.
- Design engaging graphics, captions, and marketing materials for posts.
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics, track growth, and suggest improvements.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong video editing skills
- Proficient in graphic design tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required but a Plus):
- Experience running paid ads on Facebook/Instagram.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).

Work Hours:
- Part-time to start . Potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
