About Us:
Baeside Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Williamstown, Australia, focused on small, high-quality classes and a premium wellness experience. We’re looking for a skilled Facebook & Instagram ads manager to help us grow our online presence and drive sales for our introductory offers.

Hours & Pay:

10–15 hours per month

AUD $110–285/month depending on experience

Includes a 2-week trial campaign

What You’ll Do:

Set up, manage, and optimize daily FB & IG ad campaigns

Direct traffic to our introductory offers and track conversions

Collaborate with us on ad copy and visuals (we’ve got lots of artwork and past campaigns to share)

Analyze performance and tweak campaigns for best results

Requirements:

Experience managing FB & IG ads for small businesses

Comfortable with targeting, pixel setup, and performance tracking

Communicates clearly in English

Works independently
