***IMMEDIATE HIRING***
About Healthcare Boss Academy
We’re a lean, family-run consultancy that helps medical practices launch, grow, and get paid faster. Half of our rock-star team is based in the Philippines, and we treat everyone like family—high autonomy, zero drama, laser-focused on client success.
Why We Need You
Our clinic owners can’t bill until they’re enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. We need a seasoned Credentialing/Provider Enrollment Specialist to help us with the credentialing project for 3 providers. This would take about 3-8 hours per week and the project will last 2-3 months. We will have an opportunity for this to turn into an ongoing position.
Key Responsibilities
Follow Your Streamlined Processes
•End-to-end US payer enrollment process covering CAQH, PECOS, Availity, state Medicaid portals, and major commercial insurers.
Own the Metrics
•Track time-to-enrollment, first-pass approval rate, follow-up cadence, and client satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
•5+ years hands-on U.S. provider credentialing / payer enrollment for physicians, NPs, and CRNAs across Medicare, Medicaid, and most U.S. commercial payers.
•Must be available to start immediately upon hire.
•Demonstrated ability to cut enrollment timelines and minimize returned applications. Comfortable choosing and running your own tech stack (or recommending better tools).
•Clear communicator—able to translate credentialing jargon for non-experts.
•Self-managed 1099 contractor who can thrive at ~5-10 hrs/week
