Remote Virtual Assistant – Content Creation & Social Media

Start at 10 hrs/week, CAD $300 / mo

Grow to 20 hrs/week, CAD $600 / mo as duties expand

Core Responsibilities

Video – Edit/repurpose clips; add captions, titles, hashtags; post Reels/Shorts to FB, IG, YT, TikTok, LinkedIn, X

Blog – Transcribe 3 videos/week into clean, SEO-friendly articles; format, proof, publish

Social Media – Create 100 posts/week from video content; schedule via Hootsuite; maintain brand voice

Podcast – Extract/edit audio; add intro/outro; publish to Apple, Google, Libsyn, Spotify with show notes

Growth Path (Month 4+)

6 videos/week

200 social posts (incl. carousels)

Deeper podcast management

Must-Have Skills & Tools

1-2 yrs VA or content-manager experience

Video: CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut

Audio: Audacity / GarageBand

Scheduler: Hootsuite (or similar)

Excellent English (C1+), fast proofreading, eye for detail

Reliable 25 Mbps+ internet & backup power

Nice-to-Haves

Basic SEO & Canva

Familiarity with current social-media trends

Work Schedule
