Short Form Content Clipper/Editor

Project Overview
I have 2 podcast episodes (long-form video) that I want clipped into multiple short-form videos. The goal is to repurpose the content into TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts that are engaging, eye-catching, and optimized for social media.

Responsibilities
- Watch/listen to 2 full podcast episodes.
- Select the most interesting ---------- nts with strong hooks.
- Edit clips into 30–90 second shorts with captions, dynamic cuts, and simple graphics.
- Add elements like hooks, subtitles, zooms, emojis, and background music/sfx to make the clips engaging.
- Deliver multiple clips per podcast episode (exact number to be discussed).

Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of social media engagement and storytelling.
- Ability to deliver quickly (within agreed timeline).

Details
- This is a one-time gig. (If results are great, more projects may come in the future.)
