Systems Specialist (must have solid experience using and managing GHL Agency)

We’re looking for a Systems Specialist who lives and breathes HighLevel (GHL). Someone who can build, automate, troubleshoot, and optimise systems to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.

If you’re the person everyone goes to for “How do I fix this in GHL?” or “Can we automate that?”, we want to talk to you.
Experience with Consolidata is great to have, but deep GHL expertise is a must.

What you’ll be doing

-Take full ownership of everything related to GHL including automations, funnels, workflows, memberships, snapshots, integrations, domains, email and phone setups, and troubleshooting.
-Be the go-to tech support and GHL champion for both our team and our clients.
-Troubleshoot efficiently, simplify complex tech, and communicate solutions clearly and empathetically.
-Build simple but powerful automations and systems that make our operations and client experience smoother.
-Suggest smarter workflows, integrations like Zapier and Make, and improvements proactively.
-Run QA checks, maintain system hygiene, and ensure everything functions seamlessly.
(Extra points if you can build and manage reporting dashboards in GHL, Consolidata, or Google Looker Studio. Nice to have, not a dealbreaker.)

-Proven expertise in HighLevel (GHL) — you know it inside out and can make the most of every feature.
-Experience in automations, funnels, and integrations from concept to troubleshooting.
-Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills — you love finding better ways to do things.
-Excellent communication and collaboration — you make tech easy to understand for non-tech teammates.
-Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive — you take ownership and follow through.
-Comfortable managing multiple priorities and suggesting smarter systems or workflows.
-(Optional but great) Experience in Consolidata (or Google Looker Stuido) for reporting and dashboards.
-Curious, resourceful, and open to exploring AI tools or new tech that boost efficiency.
