We are a growing Airbnb property management company based in USA seeking a detail-oriented and proactive tea
Responsibilities:
Guest Communications: Handle all guest inquiries, from pre-booking questions to post-stay feedback. This includes responding to messages, providing check-in instructions, and addressing any questions or concerns guests may have during their stay.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for guest issues, such as access problems, Wi-Fi connectivity, or other on-site matters. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and finding timely solutions to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate with local vendors for property maintenance and repairs. This involves dispatching the right maintenance vendor and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Cleaning Coordination: Manage the cleaning schedule for all properties. You will communicate with our cleaning team, schedule cleanings, and make sure all properties are ready for the next arrival.
Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as updating calendars, managing listings, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Airbnb property management and/or hospitality is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hospitable) and familiarity with Airbnb's platform.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Ability and willingness to work based on US time zone
