About Tech35

Tech35 is a U.S.-based low-voltage and IT services company scaling nationwide. We receive daily dispatch requests from major clients (like Tech Americas) and post them on Field Nation for technicians to complete. We are growing fast and need a reliable, sharp, and disciplined Virtual Assistant to manage our dispatch flow, vendor applications, and technician recruitment.

Your Responsibilities
1. Dispatch & Work Order Management (Priority #1)

Monitor ----------
inbox for Tech Americas (TA) dispatch requests.

Reply instantly using provided templates.

Create and publish Field Nation work orders (data entry from TA emails).

Assign the best technician (after vetting requests).

Call technicians to:

Confirm acceptance before assignment.

Confirm 1–2 hours before job starts.

Check in hourly during on-site work.

Confirm deliverables (photos, work orders, check-in/out calls) before closing jobs.

???? Metric: 100% of TA requests processed same day. Zero missed emails.

2. Vendor Applications (Pipeline Growth)

Complete vendor applications for Tech35 to expand service opportunities.

Submit 20–30 vendor applications per week.

Log all submissions in Google Sheets (status: submitted, pending, approved, rejected).

???? Metric: 100% of applications submitted on schedule and logged accurately.

3. Technician Pool Development (Capacity Expansion)

Recruit technicians in Field Nation, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Indeed, etc.

Pre-vet by phone/email for skills, tools, and rates.

Add them to a structured Google Sheet database (Name, Location, Skills, Tools, Min Rate, Contact #).

Build regional coverage starting with high-density U.S. cities.

???? Metric: 10–15 new vetted technicians added weekly.

4. SOP Maintenance & Reporting

Keep SOPs updated as workflows improve.

End-of-day report with:

Jobs processed

Vendors applied

Techs recruited

Issues encountered

Required Skills

Excellent English (spoken + written).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable with email, Google Sheets, Google Voice/Skype, and phone calls.

Must be highly responsive during U.S. business hours (EST).

Detail-oriented and disciplined — zero tolerance for missed steps.

Compensation

Starting: $4–$6/hr (depending on experience).

Full-time: 40 hours/week minimum.

Long-term role with raises and bonuses for consistent performance.
