Full Time FACELESS Long Form Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and motivated Video Editor to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, has strong English skills, and has great editing skills. Knowledge of using AI for creating images and videos is a BIG plus. I focus on long form 15-20 min videos in the animal and health niche. You will be responsible for researching topics, writing engaging scripts, sourcing high-quality clips, and editing videos designed for YouTube long form.

I'm looking for someone fully committed to working for me only.

Responsibilities:
• Research assigned topics and write clear, engaging scripts in fluent English.
• Develop strong hooks and structured storytelling to maximize audience retention.
• Source high-quality, copyright-safe video clips and visuals to match scripts.
• Use AI tools (such as Runway, Kling, or similar) to create or enhance video clips when needed.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add AI-generated voiceovers (we use ElevenLabs) and sync them with edits.
• Enhance videos with background music, captions, and sound effects.
• Deliver polished, ready-to-publish videos consistently.

Requirements:
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Proven experience in scriptwriting and video editing (portfolio required).
• Ability to source relevant footage and use AI tools to generate clips.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with AI content creation workflows is a strong advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with deadlines.
• Previous YouTube/social media editing experience is a big plus.

Full-Time – Remote, flexible hours (must meet weekly video quotas)
