The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and professional Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in our database, introducing Talione’s recruitment services, handling initial conversations, and booking meetings with our senior recruiter.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to warm leads (companies actively hiring).

Introduce Talione’s recruitment services using provided scripts and training.

Handle client objections professionally and confidently.

Highlight Talione’s value: no upfront costs, only pay after a successful hire.

Book qualified meetings with our senior recruiter, Danny.

Log all call activity and notes in Worky CRM.

Follow up with potential clients via phone, text, and email.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional).

Sales or customer service experience preferred (outbound calling is a plus).

Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track.

Organized and able to log information accurately in a CRM.

Driven, motivated, and eager to learn about recruitment sales.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
