Automation specialist

We are seeking an expert-level Automation Specialist / Bot Technician with advanced knowledge of ChatGPT, AI automation, and bot development to design, implement, and manage custom AI bots that streamline and support our business operations.

Must have experience creating iso and android or web based applications.

This role requires someone who can work independently, efficiently, and deliver measurable results on a daily basis.

Progress will be monitored closely—failure to produce outputs will result in immediate termination without pay.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain custom AI bots using ChatGPT and other automation tools to support business processes.
• Automate workflows across platforms such as Google Drive, Dialpad, QuickBooks, Shopify, social media, and security systems.
• Build customer-facing bots (chatbots, voice bots, social bots) for customer service, marketing, and sales.
• Create backend automations to handle scheduling, reporting, compliance tracking, security monitoring, and data organization.
• Regularly update, optimize, and troubleshoot bots to ensure smooth performance and business impact.
• Provide clear documentation and step-by-step guides for staff and virtual assistants to operate and maintain bots.
• Proactively recommend and implement new automation opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

Requirements
• Expert-level knowledge of ChatGPT, AI model integration, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, API integrations, etc.).
• Proven experience building custom AI bots for business use cases.
• Strong technical skills in scripting, APIs, and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results daily without supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Background in digital marketing automations (Google Ads, SEO, social media posting).

18. Employee portal which would include a panic button to call police or notify.
19. Customer service bot to answer phone calls from customers
20. Custom bot to make outbound appointments
