I’m looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help me generate high-quality leads for renting rooms. This isn’t just about posting on social media or running ads — I want someone who knows how to use AI, automation, and data-driven systems to create a steady stream of real leads that convert.

What You’ll Do:
Build and automate lead generation tools starting from zero
Optimize content to rank well on social media and search platforms
Track and improve key lead metrics to boost results
Work closely with me to develop scalable growth strategies
Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and marketing trends
Generate and follow up on room rental leads
Manage social media channels and analyze performance
Communicate professionally with prospects and assist with bookings

Who You Are:
Computer Science graduate (credentials verified)
Expert in AI, automation, and lead generation systems
Skilled in leveraging social and search algorithms to drive real leads
Able to demonstrate impact with data or case studies
Excellent communicator in English (written and spoken)
Self-driven, reliable, and looking for a long-term role
Bonus: Experience with CRMs
